We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with Law No. 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.
What we collect
From sellers
- Name, email address and password (stored encrypted; we cannot read it).
- Store information: name, link, logo, and the contact details the seller chooses to display.
From customers when they order
- Name, phone number, delivery address and order contents.
Technical data
- Cookies needed to run the site: session, cart and chosen language. We don't use advertising tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To run accounts and stores and fulfil orders.
- To let sellers contact and deliver to their customers.
- To protect the platform from fraud and abuse.
- To contact sellers about their account and subscription.
Who can see it
Order data is visible only to the seller who received the order and their team. We don't sell or rent personal data. We may share it with our hosting provider to run the service, or with the competent authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep data while the account is active, then delete or anonymise it after closure, except where the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data, and to object to its processing. Write to us at contact@sougya.com and we'll reply as soon as possible.
Security
Connections to the platform use HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted, and access to each store's data is limited to its members.
Changes
We may update this policy; the new date will appear at the top of the page.
